Warning for parents
There are several extremely expensive in-app purchases. Our child with ADHD got around the restrictions we had in place and was able to spend over $700 in one day in this app by clicking on the same item multiple times. When we discovered this, we requested a refund but that request has been denied. There should be additional safeguards in place to prevent multiple purchases of the same item in a short time span. Very disappointed with the developer’s response to this situation.

“no Internet connection”
Hey Zepeto! First off i would like to say that it’s a great game.. to start off with. You get so attached it’s crazy. There’s so many bad vibes/bad behaviour. For some reason I can’t delete the app it hurts too much? I’ve been on zepeto for coming up two years, I think abt deleting it everyday but I just can’t? But anyway my internet IS connected but it pops up with “no internet connection” maybe it’s a good thing but idk. Please fix it if you can.

More coin items and starter zems
I think that this game is a hit but there is one problem. I have been play and ever time I go on I look at my avatar and think that I can change it but people don’t have a lot of nice items or even zems. If coins items were better and nicer, I would’ve bought them, but they’re not the best in some ways one of the way are they don’t look really realistic like other zem items. They don’t really bring my attention and I don’t play the app a lot because I really play the app for the content and character making some people are having the same struggle and I think that they should upgrade this game even more than you can imagine so more people can download it. I’m not saying this game is bad bad I’m saying that he could upgrade a lot and there could be easier challenges to get gems and maybe like each week we get a choice to get Zems with the daily things instead of getting random coins, and having nothing to nice to spend it on.
The reason I want starters zems is because most people when they start the game they don’t look as nice and they don’t get that many followers because of their avatar but if we had starters, they could look good and maybe be looking nice enough for them to get followers. I know that you guys mostly made this game to get the money but sometimes people are downloading games so they can spend less money and I want this game to get a lot and a lot download it.

Its great and all but..
This app is great i love it but theres just one thing , whenever i wanna buy something its ALWAYS zems and i do not wanna waste my money on zems and it’s mostly the hairs im talking about because they are 9 zems!? I wish you guys could make them way cheaper and also i cant find many ways to earn zems like first of all i could do the slime game thing because its not in my country and whenever i try to do the scratch and wheel stuff they always land on coin stuff so i was wondering if you could make more and easier ways to ear zems for Australia or just the whole game thank you so much for your time byee!😢

This app is great but the only thing that made me make it a 4 was I was connected to the internet and it still pops up that i need internet connection so I reseted my phone and then tried again and it still said no connection

My son Jack loves this game, says it’s very professionally produced and built. This game is inspirational for him, as he someday wants to become a video game maker. He wants to design and create games that he knows his generation would love. Looking at this game, he is even more ready to reach his precious goal. Once when he was five he told me he wanted a game where there were so many things to choose from — an outfit/designing game. Thanks to Zepeto, his idea has clicked in his head again and he’s now about to create his first ever video game. Thank you so much to Zepeto for allowing his dream come true. It’s truly an honour. (This was before)…two months later, and here he is with his first ever video game. It’s going to be published on his Birthday, (September 27) What a coincidence! Once again, thank you so so SO much to Zepeto for allowing his amazing and pure dream to finally come true. I’m proud of my boy, it’s just like he was a newborn baby yesterday! This year, he’s turning 183 years old, So proud of him. 😘🥰

Need starter zems!!!
I have had ZEPETO for almost three years, and from account to account it had been great! There is one tiny problem though, zems. I feel like the starter person should get a few zems (like around 20) because it’s very hard to earn zems without ur taking hours or being not right for the survey, I find not being able to have starter zems a very big problem! People who don’t have zems often beg for zems which is really annoying since I do not want to block them but it leads to that. I also think it’s very important to have zems because mostly people with zems have a large following amount, I have zems I’ve spent my money on zems which is okay, but I find it annoying for people who have to spend hours and hours working for just ONE ZEM it makes me very frustrated that they’re is not at least a few zems added, atleast enough to get a hair. I think ZEPETO has some bugs for my phone also when I try to go Live streaming, I’ve worked through them though the main thing is those Zems. Please take my offer into consideration because I know that people do not like begging, it’s very irritating because you have to block them if you do not want to gift them or have no zems. Every time I end up getting premium and I get zems it always ends with me gifting like twenty people!! I can’t help but gift these people because they really do deserve starter zems. I feel like a lot of people have said this in the past, but please add starter zems into your consideration.

Very good app
This app is amazing so I have no complaints it’s just I have enough followers to go live and when I search up how to go live there is this thing on the main page saying hot live, for some odd reason I don’t have it and I don’t have the live button so I can’t go live. I have been so so hard to get to where I am and I would appreciate if you could help with the live streaming situation, other then that this is one of the best games I have ever downloaded, I have connected with so many people.

Loading + Email. From ZEPETO?
So this has happened for a while now every time I try to get on the app it say to check your wifi connection but I have full bars and now I can’t get into my account , I have had an email come to me saying here’s a password for ZEPETO *says password* but i don’t know what that’s supposed to mean it’s not gonna help me if I can’t get into my account, but other than that I love ZEPETO I’ve made lots of friends I even have a therapist 🤣 I have 434 last time I checked but now I can’t get onto my account to see if I have followers or If have none , all my friends are on this game and they love it. Please if ZEPETO can reply to this please send me a text to tell me what to do to get in to my account. Thank you.

So I love this game but I don’t like how everything is more bad if it is money the only things what I like was the Zems and I think every single day if you do a chore or if you play one of those activity things you should get 5000 gems because my mum said no to buying exams and every single day I’ve been trying to get those slime things so then they will be all not hungry anymore but every single day it is not worth it because I don’t know how to get more sweets and I did say to my friends can you please try doing it and they said that it’s too hard, I cannot do it so I would recommend if you want or 10 out of 10 give her threesomes every single day because in fact, I think that everybody’s trying to get exams but they cannot get exams because I think everybody’s mums or dads. Keep on saying no of getting Sam is just like my mum, please do it it would be a big big good thing for me so can you please think about it if you do I will write it again.
