Wi-Fi connection fails to work
While the product itself is great, the app needs work. Following the steps to link a device doesn’t work as advertised. I’ve attempted to link my tower a device to several different mobile phones and it doesn’t see the unit. I haven’t been able to successfully connect to the app in over a year, which makes it useless.

App is likely abandoned
I’ve had this purifier for close to 3 years and have never gotten the app to work properly. I started with the Android app and eventually gave up on it. I’ve tried it off and on throughout the years and it has only gotten worse. Now it doesn’t work at all on the iPhone 12. Won’t let me login, reset a password, or create a new account. The app just spins forever. As for “purifying the air,” I couldn’t tell you if the unit really does that - I mostly just use it as a fan and white noisemaker on Boost mode, now.

Product is great! Unfortunately can not connect my product to the WiFi... I have an iPhone Xs and 5ghz WiFi connection. We are in 2020 not in 2015...

Hello Lee Shiming, yes we are in 2020 but a lot of people don’t use or have access to state of the art phones or tech in general, which is why many companies and especially small ones, haven’t switched to 5ghz exclusively. Kind regards, the Pure Air Team
A lot of bug with iphone 11 pro
I had to use my old phone ( iphone 7) to setup the device after trying for 30 minutes with the iphone 11.
When Im conected to the same wifi as the air purifier the app works greate but as soon i conect to the 5g the app stop working properly.
The product is not cheap and is 130 euro more expensive of the version without conectivity, for this amount I was expecting a good app and conection.
I do not recomend this product

App needs improvement
The product is excellent, however the App needs improvement. Work needs to be done in the Config WiFi area.
