No functioning, failing frequently
I have over 20 switches installed over the last two years. They fail frequently. Rarely does the app work either. Customer service is terrible but if you are persistent they will send out new switches. Hard pass as i look for a brand to replace these but i have certain rooms wired for wifi switching so i am screwed.

Doesn’t work anymore
I’ve used this app for several years but now the latest version I can’t get it to work with Siri like it used to. I can’t seem to edit any of the commands anymore. I tried customer support but no response. Sad to have a product with great potential and then not support it.
I would give 5 stars or a 10/10 but….
I paid $1,800 to replace all switches in our house and the day after they arrived the switches lost the a coupke iffeatures ffom the Plus enhancements I bought them for and iotty just will not respond to me. They continue to advertise the feature and even show it in the app store front page 🤷🏼♂️. So overall they look great, the app is good but the customer service is very much like a shoddy company who doesn’t care about their customers. Come on iotty!!
