Faulty
All of the sudden for the past few months, if I do an online deposit one day and then go back into the app the next day to do another, it freezes. Every.single.time. So i have to delete it, re-download it, update all my info again, and then repeat that cycle.Major Downgrade
This newest version of the app, which is totally different than the banks previous one, is about 5 years behind in technology.
Previous Touch ID, gone.
Previous Touch ID for balance, gone.
Ability to deposit a check by taking a picture, gone.
Lame!!
Get with it or prepare to lose customers that know how to use a smartphone.
