I’ve been with this group for over a decade, and the last 3 years has been filled with avoidable problems. Almost every time they have sent me a new card there’s something wrong with it: they printed the number wrong or they forgot to cancel the old one. Yesterday the bank cancelled the current card despite them receiving back the replacement over a month ago. There was no announcement we were getting new cards outside our regular cycles, and certainly no information notifying me of the old card’s expiration once they were made aware the mail was not delivered.
Incredibly disappointing and negligent, especially in this economy. Your unlucky customer service employees are kind and attentive to trying to explain the situation. However, even this is curtailed by their inability to fix an error that continues to grow larger. I am now forced to wait until Monday losing wages to have the local branch listen through another long explanation and hope the reprint can get done in a timely manner.
If there are any more issues I will be finding another place to manage my finances.
