Frustrated
I gave two stars only because of the support I got from Katie, one of the helpers on the online backing help line. This app leaves a LOT to be desired. Half the time I can’t get into my account, it won’t just take my password from my vault, and it just randomly stops using facial recognition! I wish they would get the begs out of this! I have been waiting over a year for things to change! I must say it did work better before the merger, so I am hoping it is just growing pains from that having occurred. Your online system is a bit difficult to navigate especially trying to figure out where to go to make a transfer. You could make this a lot better in my idea.Wardens Worry

There needs to be more configurability - such as deleting old accounts so you don’t have to see them on your homepage. And when you’re already logged into the app and try to go into settings, why do you have to re-enter your user ID and password. That makes no sense.Carrot Patch
