I have a complicated password and 'creatively arranged' I D and had FaceID set up. When that does not work, on top of too many other irritations going into settings to find and copy my data is a step to far. Be advised. Right now, the only thing I like about Banner Bank are the Manager, Assistant Manager and Staff at the Burlington WA branch.
I wrote the above months ago. Surprised to see those words here. I have logged on twice this weekend without seeing evidence of an attempted small check deposit two days ago. Don’t know if that went thru.
So I’m learning to not like the App. I do not yet know if I trust the bank. I’ve had too many problems with this bank since Banner took over the Lopez Island bank branch which I have used for some 40 years.Show lessDeveloper Response

I’ve been banking since the age of 11. I have belonged to several banks and credit unions, and Banner has been the least friendly and most unreliable in the 60 years I’ve had accounts. I am now battling pancreatic cancer, my 5th type of the disease. The closest branch is in Tekoa, WA. I am a victim of identity theft, and my checking account has been hacked on a monthly basis. The bank manager treats me as though I have brought this on myself, which isn’t true because I spent 53 years as a computer scientist specializing in computer crime. I even volunteer in our local sheriff’s office investigating the crimes. The manager is so unpleasant, my husband has to painfully drive me out of state to a branch where I am not judged. My experience with Banner Bank has been so negative that I am closing my account, and I will live out what time I have left without ever having another bank account.Show lessDeveloper Response

This app is easy to navigate & it seems like I’ve been using it for 25+ years. I use the Bill pay app feature to schedule all bills as invoices arrive. The exception is small, infrequent yard service bills where they are paid as the service is rendered. One thing that I with could change is the Calendar feature. I have not found a quick way to reach it & must go thru the Bill Pay Window to reach it. It’d be great if it were located in the Pull down menu on the left hand side. This would eliminate one step…the need to go theu Bill pay, which for me takes a while to load.Show lessDeveloper Response
