Does not work in Japanese
Actually the worst part about this app is there doesn’t seem to be any way to report bugs or make feature requests except by coming to the App Store and throwing out an arbitrary rating so that you can post a review.

We're sorry for the trouble you're having logging into our mobile app. From what you shared, this could be caused by poor or spotty connection. Please ensure that you have a strong connection via Wi-Fi or cellular data when using the app. We also suggest clearing app cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you continue to have trouble after doing these things, please give us a call at 800.562.0999 so we can continue troubleshooting.
