Won’t work with a VPN
I’ve been using this app for around 5 years and overall it’s great. Clean, functional, not many issues. It seems like this most recent update won’t work with my VPN though. I got an error message upon opening the app, tried a few times, checked that the app was up to date. When I disconnected my VPN the app started working again. This seems to be a new issue and it’s frustrating if they’re blocking users who choose a VPN for privacy reasons. I have all the correct credentials, including password and fingerprint, and I’d be happy to add 2 factor authentication, but I really don’t think users should be locked out for using a VPN.Show lessDeveloper Response

We've found that an uninstall and reinstall can alleviate the issue in addition to ensuring you have a strong data signal. Over the past several months there’s been a strange and worsening bug where interacting with the app in any manner (even scrolling a view, and in extreme cases clicking the login button) will result in being redirected to the successfully signed out screen. We're sorry for the trouble you're having logging into our mobile app. From what you shared, this could be caused by poor or spotty connection. Please ensure that you have a strong connection via Wi-Fi or cellular data when using the app. We also suggest clearing app cache or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you continue to have trouble after doing these things, please give us a call at 800.562.0999 so we can continue troubleshooting.Great but frequent sign-in troubles
Decent app, comprehensive and not confusing or ad-bloated like some other companies apps are.
My main issue is that I have problems signing in on IOS where it automatically signs me out or fails to sign in, and so I have to try again with Face ID. Usually takes 3-4 tries before it sticks, but really frustrating because when I need to check my balance (which is pretty often) it takes like 1 minute to log in and stay logged in, and then sometimes auto logs me out halfway through the session.
