Can’t access Camera
While registering from abroad, as per the process, I need to take a picture of my passport but from the bkash app settings it doesn’t have the camera settings!

Login issue from Abroad

I have changed my BD number to CA number. First time i have opened my account by verifying my face by bKash app. After then when I logged out my account and again I wanted to login again, I can’t log in (i type password on Keyboard but password not puts in password section).
I have Deleted my app and installed again but same situation. First time verification and opened but if logged out then it’s lot working.
I have Contacted 3 customer care assistants they can’t helped me. They closed my chat communication.
It totally bad service i think. You should follow customer service and support if anyone face this type of problems.

No camera option for iPhone
This app doesn’t have the camera app option on the app settings. I am not able to activate my Bkash account for a long time.

Facing Problem in Scanner
When I am trying to scan barcode for payment through Bkash App, it is asking for Camera permission amd appearing a message to go to settings to allow camera. But when I am clicking the Settings button, there is no Camera section where I can Give permission. I have already checked all settings, but there is no way to give the permission for the scanner in bKash.

Please make bkash usable on ios 12
Hi Bkash Team,
I'm a regular bkash user but I'm using an old iphone which only supports ios 12 and will no longer recieve ios updates. Please make your application work on ios 12. I'm there's a lot of user in Bangladesh using iphone 6(ios 12) this will help us not if we can use the app not just dial it everytime we need to do a transaction.
Please consider this.

Facial authentication alternative solutions is a must now.
I am tired of receiving the same verification error message even though i followed every instructions multiple times. Logging in the app is a disastrous experience that still haven't changed a bit. I have faced this issue multiple times and couldn't able to log in the app for a month now. bkash please change this flawed verification method as it is pointless if i can't login.

Unable to use this from Abroad
Currently I am is in China and as per the bkash website I should be able to use bkash from China but unfortunately when I try to change my number from my Bangladeshi number to my Chinese number, it never proceeds, the bar remains gray and I cant go next. I raised a complain using the live chat but unfortunately there is no update. None of the users from China can use bkash from here, you should focus seriously on this bugs.

Not Good
Doesn’t send verification code to the phone (installed on iPAD). I was also told this doesn’t work abroad. Mediocre concept in 2024.
Bug when the apps open first time
When this apps open first time after the switch on of the phone and try to login account by Face id then face id option of the apps responds very slow.
