We are extremely sorry for the problem. We are requesting for a chargeback request to your card issuing bank to reverse the amount deducted from your VISA card. The amount will be refunded as per the refund policy of the card issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for any refund-related information.
SOME OLD BUGS NEEDS TO FIX ASAP
I went to the bKash service centre as-well. They said they cant do nothing! It’s really really annoying because I am getting someone else’s electricity bill notifications in my bKash account! And also cannot remove that! They suggested me to email with screenshots I did that too but nothing worked.
Please, please! Solve this issue ASAP!
Solve they bug in saved payment number and pay bill bug!
If there is a saving option of anything to account there should be a remove option as well!
