Made payment with visa but it didn’t go through

I made a payment with my visa card on bKash at the end of last month but the payment didn’t go through. The money wasn’t credit to my bKash wallet either. But it was debited from the source bank. It’s been sixteen days and I haven’t got my money back from the source bank. Your customer care keeps telling me the money will be debited from the source bank and they keep telling me it would take two months.

Please don’t add features to the app that doesn’t fully work.

We are extremely sorry for the problem. We are requesting for a chargeback request to your card issuing bank to reverse the amount deducted from your VISA card. The amount will be refunded as per the refund policy of the card issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for any refund-related information.

SOME OLD BUGS NEEDS TO FIX ASAP

In my bKash app someone else’s electricity bill has appeared! I am getting notifications like you have due bills! In the app pay bill option there’s a red badge saying due bill, it’s a electricity bill and it’s not mine. I tried to delete that badge by long press, but it doesn’t work. And a same problem in my app payment section there’s a saved payment number which I don’t need anymore. I tried to unsave or remove that number but it don’t work!
I went to the bKash service centre as-well. They said they cant do nothing! It’s really really annoying because I am getting someone else’s electricity bill notifications in my bKash account! And also cannot remove that! They suggested me to email with screenshots I did that too but nothing worked.
Please, please! Solve this issue ASAP!
Solve they bug in saved payment number and pay bill bug!
If there is a saving option of anything to account there should be a remove option as well!

App crash

While making payment, the app started glitching and had to close it and restart the whole payment process and still it glitched.. with even the valid info it didnt work and showed invalid

I’ve got scammed 2 time using this app and they track and automatically save ur card info

I like to inform u that iPhone 5, 6, 6s , 7

can’t download the new update of Bkash , they have capacity to update lack of ios- to update the new version , requires ios 14 & above , so iphone 5,6,6s, 7 & 7s facing problem run the old version of Bkash , downloaded. let them use the old version
to run the a/c - sothat the owners of above
mentioned iPhone models can run the Bkash a/c easily

Cannot use the app anymore on iOS 12.5.7

I use Bkash on a regular basis but since last 2 months, I cannot open the app anymore as it requires update. But I cannot update the app as well because I use iPhone 6+ which has iOS 12.5.7 as the latest update. The new update requires iOS 13 or above. In this case, what can be done to use the app on my phone? Bkash developer should think about the ones who are still using iOS 12.
