BKash app forces update to new version requiring iOS 13 which not supported by device.
App Store suggests installing last supported version of bKash
It against suggesting updating in never ending loop making the bkash app unusable.
It also does not support migrating from a local number to another number or from a foreign number to foreign number. Only supported local to foreign and vice Versa.
The developer could benefit from experienced product manager and architect with a forward vision. App should be compatible with the lowest iOS on market or be available for all different iOS versions

2. While scanning NID from তথ্য হালনাগাদ section, that time it’s viewing the NID information that fetched from porichoy server where name spelling mismatched as it’s showing in Bangla and user can edit that fetched information, so what’s the benefit by fetching wrong information!?
3. While logging in that time user get an otp, if user tap to resend the otp that time otp timer starts for 100+ seconds

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please have a look into the following points for your convenience. 1. Verification may fail due to multiple reasons (Example: Providing wrong NID, NID Information mismatch, Multiple face detected etc). Besides, there is no such way of skipping the verification by changing your PIN/Password. 2. In ‘Biometric Information Update’, if any of your scanned NID information is shown wrong then you can edit and update the information right away. 3. Repetitive tapping of ‘Resend OTP’ CTA button will turn up the wait-time incrementally. So please wait till the respective time and after that tap on ‘Resend OTP’. Stay tuned with bKash.
