I cannot download updated version of bkash app on my iphone 6+ as it requires ios 13. how can I use a backdated version on my iphone?

Forces endless app update

iOS device updated to the latest supported version 12.5.7.
BKash app forces update to new version requiring iOS 13 which not supported by device.
App Store suggests installing last supported version of bKash
It against suggesting updating in never ending loop making the bkash app unusable.
It also does not support migrating from a local number to another number or from a foreign number to foreign number. Only supported local to foreign and vice Versa.
The developer could benefit from experienced product manager and architect with a forward vision. App should be compatible with the lowest iOS on market or be available for all different iOS versions

i used previous version of this app smoothly, now it's stop working on my iphon 6. why it's require more ? what is the logic?

Verification issue, NID information mismatch, OTP timer

1. For Bkash 5.7.0 version, facing problem in iOS 17.1 while verifying. Every time it’s saying verification failed. And from service center they gave an alternate solution to change the password and then login to the app so that user can skip the verification process
2. While scanning NID from তথ্য হালনাগাদ section, that time it’s viewing the NID information that fetched from porichoy server where name spelling mismatched as it’s showing in Bangla and user can edit that fetched information, so what’s the benefit by fetching wrong information!?
3. While logging in that time user get an otp, if user tap to resend the otp that time otp timer starts for 100+ seconds

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please have a look into the following points for your convenience. 1. Verification may fail due to multiple reasons (Example: Providing wrong NID, NID Information mismatch, Multiple face detected etc). Besides, there is no such way of skipping the verification by changing your PIN/Password. 2. In ‘Biometric Information Update’, if any of your scanned NID information is shown wrong then you can edit and update the information right away. 3. Repetitive tapping of ‘Resend OTP’ CTA button will turn up the wait-time incrementally. So please wait till the respective time and after that tap on ‘Resend OTP’. Stay tuned with bKash.

Using abroad

I currently reside in Canada and still can’t use bkash from abroad even though the new update clearly mentioned I could.

Please fix this issue.

Latest update

After latest update, i face a prompt saying disable vpn I am using adguard adblocker which uses vpn to enforce dns I tried asking adguard and they said its upto bkash to fix Hoping it will be fixed next patch

bKash isn’t working over WiFi

Bkash isnt loading over WiFi with iPhone 11. I have checked my internet connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing fixes. But if I try with Mobile Data, it works.

One of the worst user experience

This bloody app gives so much pain. It doesn't let me use VPN. I don't know 'amar account Ami use korbo any place theke tar baper ki khoti korlam' banking app abroad theke use kora jay but ei app travel korle use kora jay na. They say you can use it from abroad now. But I can't use it from UAE with or without VPN. Before I could use it using VPN location set to Bangladesh. Now I can't use it in any way. My bKash was not registered using nid as it was very old account. But they didn't let me add nid from app too. Now I don't know what else happened. When I start app it says system error.. you can't use it from the location you are in. How disgusting! I wish I could spit on them for giving such pain. My money and I can't use it. Bloody idiots.
