Company is a joke
So the first time I ordered was a promotion they were doing to get free pizza never got it gave me points to redeem. Went in this evening to try and redeem my points to be told I have to spend £12 to redeem my points. Your company is an absolute joke. You’re Great Yarmouth store needs to be shut down what’s the point of having a reward scheme if you can’t redeem the point?

Customer service non existent
I’ve tried to call them about 10 times for an order that I placed by accident in the app. No reply, no call centre, hours incorrectly listed on Apple Maps/google maps. No ‘cancel order’ button.

Deceptive marketing scam
There was an offer that said free pizza if you download the app. Once you get to the checkout it says minimum spend £12. No where did it mention that before and after spending 20 minutes on the app (which was so buggy) I was so annoyed I didn’t order anything. And after looking at the reviews I probably dodged a bullet since the service and the pizza both are horrible

I’m not angry just disappointed
Your prices are too expensive, at first the price matched the quality, now the flavour doesn’t live up to the price. Your free pizzas are only ever 9.5inches which doesn’t entice me to order. Disappointed it what you have become as a company. Money grabbing. The loyalty points take ages to achieve an amount that you can actually spend.

Everyday Notifications of Offers
Can you please stop sending notifications everyday for offers? Maybe look into having pop ups on the app when you open it if someone is going to order that day or just go back to sending them every week.

The food is amazing the only let down if the offers you can get from ordering online are not available on the app
Terrible experience
I ordered a pizza for myself and partner and what was delivered can only be described as carnage in a box. The pizza looked like it had been thrown around and almost all the topping had slid off the pizza. The 2 dips that where with the pizza were both upside down and burst. The pizza was also lacking in flavour compared to other takeaways in the town. It was far from a good experience let alone an excellent experience. I tried to call and got no answer so left a message on fb messenger and after nearly 3 hours no reply and the the message hasn’t even been read. Waste of £20 I’ll be sticking to my usual place. I’m sure many people will have a different experience but unfortunately mine was less than good.

App doesn’t work
Couldn’t log into the app, it was asking for my phone number even though my number was there and I’ve ordered before. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still now joy, still asking for my phone number even though it is there. Dominos or Pizza Hut it is then……
Annoying
Sent me an email to transfer my points across, which I done now when I try and log in it tells me my phone number is wrong and won’t let me log in
Best pizza
These people with 1 star definitely trying to get a refund. Me and my family ordered this first time and forgot every other local pizza place the same day. This is underrated and goat amazing pizza and quality bargained deals.
