Worst place to order food from
Big waste of time I’ll just have to stick with the other websites because this useless website was a complete waste of my time and turns out the app was crashing and didn’t let me place an order or do anything and it’s not a surprise that this app has countless bad review.I spent so much time tryna order and all what happened was nothing so I don’t recommend this app 😔Show lessTeeheehheehe
Terrible service
I’ve tried this app/company a few times, generally the order is late but that’s not the worst problem. Main problem is the app send offers but those offers are very rarely honoured, I’ve tried emailing but never a response. Offers of free pizzas or loyalty points are just a gimmick to get people to order. Very poor customer service.Show lessPink737
Wrong food delivered twice and asking for payment to get a right order
Worst experience as i ordered first time with one regular vegetarian pizza and 3 sides. I paid money but the free pizza which i ordered it was delivered as Chicken pizza and i tried to explain the situation over the call to the central team. They told they will get the replacement pizza delivered shortly however the same chicken pizza was arrived again.
I am not sure if the caller who heard my wrong order was deaf or was not interested to hear what customers have to say. I am highly disappointed as i paid £12+ for sides which were cold and not worth it. Me and my wife were thriving to check out this new pizza but highly disappointed the way they had treated us and then the called was asking for payment if I want a fresh order to be placed. I am not sure if they understood the problem and are just trying to cash the opportunity from us.Show lessppjain
Amazing
I used to order from Just eat but ordering through them directly is just so much better, you get all the choices that you normally would get on separate orders, plus the amazing deals! It’s my favourite pizza place and now I love them even more.Panda belle

Crap , app it directly don’t work , I messenger them to ask if delivery to me yes! App say no and can’t pay anyway DOMINOS will keep my business. Don’t even bother with Fat pizza useless waste of time fir the last 30 mi s trying to order if you can’t make it simple then you’ll lose customers good old DOMINOS ordered online simply delivery free in 40 mins fat pizza charges deliveryShow lessannie zon

Always order this it’s amazing, they should definitely add tango ice blasts on the rewards thing as the milkshakes are on there but no tango ice blast but other than that they’re amazing!chloxoxixo

Tried to order food and add my free pizza and every time I tried it came up with a error page and wouldn’t let me check out. Looks like I’m gonna have to get McDonald’s instead 😢shame I really wanted pizza and your spicy wings. 😫😫😫
