I love this game. Great graphic story line. I have one problem I already paid for this game and you are charging me again! It gets frustrating because I bought a couple of your games and I paid for and then you want to charge loyal customers! When I press already purchase it says not purchased ! When I did pay for the game fix problem! Truly ripping us off not cool! Especially for the prices you charge.Pessce

I bought the game back in December played it and deleted it. I just downloaded it again and it told me no purchase found. I PAID for this game. You took my money. I either want to play the game or get my money back. Please fix.SueG718
Is it broken?
I think there’s something wrong. All the areas are squared like ones that move or action or buttons. I’ll try to remove and reload.Cielestair
Unplayable for me
I started the game only to get a screen all broken up with thick white lines and white squares showing the interactive objects. When I tap on an object the pop up is all washed out and almost completely white making it totally impossible to know what is there. Completely unplayable. Was rather disappointed because I've played many Big Fish games without a problem.JudyQFU

This the worst game I ever played. All the highlighted items are blocked, which is showing completely white out, how can you see what you are doing. The guide absolutely does not help you because everything is blocked out and and does not relate to the story.anniepuss
Apple, remove this game from the App Store
This game has not been playable on iOS for a year now. Isn’t the whole point of the App Store that there’s quality control? The way the graphics are rendered makes this all but unplayable.

Would not play
If I could give this no stars, I would. Downloaded and paid for this game but it will not play on my iPad. Don’t waste your money. This is not the first game I have paid for and this has happened. Actually, it does play but the graphics are so corrupted, it is unplayable.Kbarr6775
Game play
I haven’t been able to play this game because the graphics are either whited out or too bright. I liked the description of the game and really want to play it. I wish that the bugs could be fixed. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it to have the same problem occur.JMDillard
Game has issues on iPAD
I’m trying to play this game on my iPAD but the graphics seem to be all messed up. Scenes are not loading correctly. They are stacked all over the screen Willy Billy. An ideas why this is happening? I just updated to the latest upgrade.ccdl78

I should have read the reviews first before I purchased this game. This game is unplayable and totally a waste of money. Bad graphics, I can’t see any objects at all. I wish the developers would fix this problem, otherwise, please give us a refund.SandyCks
