Please help!
When I try to play the game, the scenes are blurry and the colors are almost inverted to the point where I can’t see the scenes to play any of them. I want to play the game but I can’t because of these scenes. Please fix them! I love everything from Big Fish Games and am really interested in this game also.D.Temp
Something’s wrong
I can’t get past the first page. There are photo-like pictures everywhere. When I click on one I can’t see the details in the screen. I offloaded the game and reloaded it, but that didn’t work. I also deleted it and that didn’t work. There is no way the game is meant to be played this way, when I can’t see the screen or details of the game. If this can’t be fixed I’d like my money back. Please contact me.ugh#%!!!!!!
Horrible - Don’t purchase
Paid and downloaded. Game scenes are all squares of flashing white and obnoxious to play. Didn’t try to get past the second scene. Deleted the game.
Unless you are into bad scenes with really nice graphics you don’t get to see except when the chapter loads, I wouldn’t bother with this game. Tried to redownload as did my hubby. Same result.SCVDartGal
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work in my iPad, there are boxes all over the screen that ruin the game so you can’t play (maybe a background layer coming through). This has only happened a few times on similar games but makes it totally unplayable. Make sure to test before you buy,AceNCace
Developers need to update
Downloaded for iPhone (even re downloaded hoping it was just bad dload) and the assets in the game all have a box around them. Basically each individual item that has been added to the base layer is showing the square the developer would see when building the scenes. Looks like an html page for developing a website. Also each square/picture is WAY over saturated with yellow when clicked on and made to zoom in. Seriously unplayable:(,\\'//<//?/_// //3/-\\//_ _\\
Grim Tales time traveler
Had problems trying to play the game. When downloaded on IPad the game starts out fine but than the picture is all mess up. It looks like puzzles all broken up instead of a solid picture.

Unplayable
There is something wrong with the graphics I believe. The very first scene with the car you can't even see it you just hear the trunk not opening. It looks like it's in dev mode or something. I deleted it. Big Fish has done way better so I think this is a hiccup.niqchu
Graphics bugged
I really wanted to be excited, but I started the game and the first screen images were broken up into random flashing squares. When I tried to click on a portion to grab an item, the enlarged window was bleached out so that nothing was actually visible. Troubleshooting mentions it not being compatible with IOS11. Seeing as we are now on 14.5 the game is not likely supported.Dr Pollywog
Same issue as others
The game is unplayable. Picture scenes grayed out, and items cannot be seen. Huge disappointment and waste of $6.99. I wish I had read some of the other reviews before I purchased.Grandmama222
