Unplayable for me
I started the game only to get a screen all broken up with thick white lines and white squares showing the interactive objects. When I tap on an object the pop up is all washed out and almost completely white making it totally impossible to know what is there. Completely unplayable. Was rather disappointed because I've played many Big Fish games without a problem.

Game graphics are non functional on iPhone 8 at least (and from other reviews, iPads, etc also). All moving items in game are surrounded by white squares, making this game unplayable in its current state.

I luckily only downloaded the free trial, because I also found the graphics were corrupted - showing up like overlapping photos and impossible to interact with them. It’s disappointing as I love the other Grim Tales games.
Fix the graphics and brightness
I can’t even get past the first stage without seeing anything, the pixels and brightness are way too much

This the worst game I ever played. All the highlighted items are blocked, which is showing completely white out, how can you see what you are doing. The guide absolutely does not help you because everything is blocked out and and does not relate to the story.
Apple, remove this game from the App Store
This game has not been playable on iOS for a year now. Isn’t the whole point of the App Store that there’s quality control? The way the graphics are rendered makes this all but unplayable.

Do not buy - game is unplayable due to issues with graphics
This game is unplayable on latest iOS version - boxes appear around all the images so you can’t see anything clearly. Can’t navigate past the first screen.
The game is flawed and un useable
All of the graphic element layer borders are visible so the screen is jumble of many element borders and cannot see the game play clearly. un-unusable in current condition. I deleted and reinstalled the game but same result. First time having an issue with a big fish game ever and i have purchased many.

Impossible to play
The game screen is just a loads of boxes - it almost looks like the program hasn’t been finished.

Game is not displaying properly
The game displays in squares and rectangles like a mosaic. When you tap on one it becomes an opaque window. I contacted Big Fish but they sent me an auto response telling me to close tabs, restart iPad etc…nothing worked or made any difference. I wasted my money on this game.
