Before paying for the game make sure it works through the first scene. I bought for iPad iOS 14.2, visuals fragmented. Got a free game from Big Fish, but had to buy on their app. The coupon redemption directions did not fit with my app. So tried game on my iPhone with iOS 13. It worked! However apple sent out new emergency security warning, so had to upgrade to iOS 14.4. No longer works. Back to fragmented scene.Coqulico

And you can’t tell until you start the game. Opened a support ticket with bf games but that’s a complete joke. They are no help at all. “Did you restart your device?” Cmon give me a break. All you need to do is read the reviews to realize this is a developer problem. I just want a refund.CDog1978
Don’t buy any Elephant games from Big Fish
Elephant never updated their games for the new iOS. I downloaded multiple games from Elephant out of curiosity and all of them have the same issue this one does. Why Big Fish is still selling this is beyond me but it’s pretty shady in my opinion.Smeej
Something is seriously wrong
The game is totally wrong. It is blocks of pictures and lights....obviously a production issue. I thought the intro screen was just wild looking but then I got in the game and it is a patchwork of digital blocks. When I click on one it’s overexposed pictures....weird. I’ve never ever had a problem like this. Weird because I want to play and was planning to buy!K.E.R.
Technical problem with image rectangles
I’ve seen this before with BF games, there are image rectangles floating all around the screen after the cut-away videos. When tapped, the rectangles enlarge to show a very washed out image, without details. I’ve removed/reinstalled the game, but that didn’t fix it. Using an iPad 7. Thanks for any help.rolson55
UNPLAYABLE ON NEW IOS
Do NOT purchase this. As other recent reviews say, this game is completely unplayable. The graphics are a disaster and completely bleached out. Every interactive area is surrounded in a white box. Click on the box and you get a bleached out zoomed in version with no color that you can blindly click on.Sassafras1987
Why does the graphic look like it’s still under development?
There are still white boxes around all the items that are interactive. Graphics are too choppy for gameplay at this point. Removed the game from my iPad and reinstalled, and it’s still the same. Hope I’ll get my refund... it’s too bad. I’ve finished at least a dozen puzzle games by Big Fish (love them) and never had any problems.Beryl H.
Not compatible
Can someone please tell me why Big Fish games is still selling games that are not compatible with the current iOS versions? And why is it okay with Apple that they continue to make money on games that no one is willing to update so that they are compatible? If Apple is not willing to continue to support the older games and the game owners aren’t willing to update their games then they shouldn’t be allowed to continue to make money from them.completely_ disappointed
Don’t waste your money!
I have always loved Big Fish Games until now. I purchased the full version before playing the game and once I played realized how awful the game is. It is so glitchy you cannot even play the first scene. There are white boxes surrounding all of the interactive places and once you enlarge the interactive spots you can’t see anything.
