The developer team has been very transparent and helpful answering questions and explaining product. Willing to text and message. The older reviews seem to stem from user errors or misunderstandings. Neat product, look forward to seeing where it goes.

App doesn’t work anymore
It used to work now it doesn’t love the coins though.
Too much hassle to cash out
As soon as I figure out how to transfer the ethereum off this piece of junk that was so easy to transfer onto, I am never using this product ever again. The only thing this product is good for is as a pretty copper coin with the ethereum symbol. Paper wallets are so much easier. This product is way too much hassle.

My coin info and balance vanished!
I can no longer see the balance on the 3 coins that I bought. I have loaded a few hundred dollars on these coins, but the app does not show the coins anymore and reads $0. I have tried re-scanning the coins but the in app scanning option doesn’t work anymore. I downloaded the latest version of the app and still no luck.
