INSANE AD USAGE
I am streaming this on my LG TV digital channels. I also have the app on my devices. You finally made a channel for Unsolved Mysteries. Here’s the thing…I am fine with 2-5 ads for free service per break. But NO! You guys put in a break mid sentence of the show, place like 5-7 ads and then come back for about 10 seconds and THEN place a splash page stating “You will be right back” AFTER you just showed 5-7 ads!!! WHAT??? You get about 7m of the show and about 15m worth of ads AT EVERY BREAK and there are countless breaks per eps! Literally unwatchable. It’s actually comical when you think about it. I watched these when they originally aired and even then they didn’t have the INSANE ad interruption that you have.
Great app but the ad usage is just too much. And Yes I have other choices and ways to watch but if you own these, one would think using the main source would be the advantage. I am sorry but NO THANKS! Your service is just too high of trade off for “FREE” service. I would gladly pay for an ad free service to get out of this nonsense. It takes twice as long to finish an actual eps because of the ads! You get 2 stars ⭐️⭐️for content and a NEGATIVE 5 for the ads. Call me when you get a real streaming service. SMDH

User Experience Issues
This review is for the Apple TV app. I don’t mind commercials. In fact, some of the commercials are actually quite informative. I just don’t need to see the same ones 3 times in a row. Also, when pausing the seeker sometimes goes back to the beginning after the last commercial. Very annoying.

A few gems almost not worth searching for.
On AppleTV : no narratives, no ratings, nothing to help you… you get the title icon and that’s it. Your recently watched list will fill up as you abandon most these sub-B titles just a few minutes in. There ARE some hidden gems. …but it’s a painful quest.
Too many glitches
Poorly done app
Glitches are annoying , app resets , freezes and sometimes throws you back to main menu . I have gone through to verify all updates are done too. I don’t have this issue with other apps just this one . I love a lot of the shows that are on here and want to watch it but it becomes difficult when it’s plagued with issues. Hopefully it gets figured out .

Wish I could say good things
The app doesn’t work on the Apple TV and when it did work, the ads cut into the show. Just like everyone else here I’m wondering why it hasn’t been taken care of yet. Plus you can’t report an issue. I went to repot a problem on the App Store and it just takes me to their website that has no contact info.

Have not been able to watch anything on Filmrise for about a month now HELP
Great selection, buggy app
This has a great selection of some unusual genres, but the app is very difficult to use. It’s hard to get back to the selection screen or move around to different episodes within a show
Where to find great entertainment
If you want to see shows that are entertaining as well as fulfilling, then Filmrise is the place for you. Great shows, great entertainment and plenty of nostalgia. Thank you.
