Glitchy and Poor Pic Quality
The pictures sent within the app are poor quality. Pictures are so important to communicate within this app so this issue is a deal killer. Also, the who’s working function doesn’t work properly which makes it difficult to keep track of your employees.The Terracotta Killer

Has tons of features (clock in and out, QR code’s, bidding calculator, inventory management just to name a few) plus tons of reporting. It can seem a little daunting at first but they have an amazing customer support team!Blue8181

Janitorial Manager
Their customer service is great, they are very helpful and friendly. However, the app is not very good at all. The app and their website is very slow. My employees are constantly having to delete the app then re-install the app on their phones to be able to clock-in/out. Janitorial Manager is fairly cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.mwinters8881

Can there be away where you can erase a clock in for clocking in or clocking out at the wrong timetyrone_kevin
Don’t do it
App is a complete and total failure if you’re planning on implementing this software make sure you have the latest phone out there with a great service provider (for signal purposes) also make sure you always have the latest software version on your phone with enough storage room or the app will simply not work.
