Reviews of myHealthTrack

  • Shoulder Tendonitis

I was diagnosed with right shoulder tendonitis. Took some tablets and then leveraged this app for recovery. It was a long process and slow progress. But this app has been hugely beneficial for me. It has multiple levels and variety to build strength as you recover. While not fully recovered, but feel better and confident. Thanks to the Dr behind this and the app team!
  • Audio

I wish it also talked - im trying to do exercise and look at pictures afraid im not doing them correctly .

Also would like to get it up on my tv screen so i can see exercises more easily/ up in front of me instead of phone just sitting up next to me and im supposed to be lying straight and bigger 😁
  • Exercising

I have really enjoyed rhe exercises, however, i fell about 2 weeks ago( landed in my Christmas tree) and bruised and scraped my back pretty bad and badly bruised my arm. I couldn't move without pain so i only did a few exercises in the shower. I continued to move around nut stopped the regular exercise. Im much better but then i was sent exercises for laying down. I have no place to do those since i have vertigo. What should i try to do now? Im 86 in Feb. li hanvent been exercising much because i recently soent a week in the hospital with a blicked carotid artery and having a stent put in.
