Awful app
This App is awful and won’t stop crashing before it syncs with my horological watch. The old MMT-365 app was far better, I never had a single problem with previous app that of course no longer works due to this new and supposedly improved app. Nice to know my $800 watch has no function now. I tried contacting support with no response yet! Where is support for this????Show lessBroadway_Trash87

Social media notification

We have worked hard to improve the connection between watch and app. This will also improve notifications. Next week, we will publish a new version of the app solving many/most problems with notifications.Waste of time
I haven’t been able to make the app work on iPhone XR at all. Used to work on iPhone 8 but now stopped. Crashes immediately upon opening. I just don’t understand how this app could have been released by the company. Without the app, the watch is half-useless and not even accurate.Voland322

Occasionally the app gets stuck, the watch doesn't connect but otherwise it does my steps...
I think the issues are a combination of the watch module ( it resets now and then and I have to re-sync to get the time back on the watch..) and app problems.

Watch always disconnects
The watch will not pair with my phone at all and only occasionally will do so with my iPad. I hate to say this but I may get an Apple watchColin987
