Trust the reviews...complete garbage!
I recently purchased a Notifi video doorbell product. Today I decided to put it up...opening the camera I was pleased with the looks and feel of the product. Installation and connection was a breeze. Once installed however, I see now why all the terrible reviews. The App is awful, it is slow and freezes up continually. Without the app working correctly the doorbell is worthless. Although connected, I have yet to be able to see a video from the doorbell. Tomorrow the Notifi will be going back and I will try a different video doorbell system. Very disappointed.Amped_up224

Their video doorbell is hot garbage, it disconnects from wifi alot, half the time it wont connect to view live video feed, the app crashes alot, the app wont let me save my prefrences from time to time and i still cant add another person to view the camera! Spend another 100 on a good productbrandon_l02
3rd time NOT Charming
Here is my feedback ..this is my third attempt to use the hardware (3”new” units, ) and software and both are terribly unreliable. It works sometimes, then it doesn’t. Not a good recommendation for a system that’s essentially part of my home security. Troubleshooting everything-location, wifi, battery in doorbell. Nothing seems to fix the sporadic and unreliable operation. Luckily, this time I kept my Lowe’s receipt...RickyS in Va
Took 10 minutes to set this up!
Maybe someone should make a short video for the internet company bully above. First plug it in, and make sure the dingers battery isn’t dead. (Mine was) they sell them at the dollar tree. I downloaded this app. It was pretty self explanatory from there. Slow down and read. Adjustable volume which I like so I can ignore unwanted visitors. Lets me know via the app if someone is dinging the bell while I’m not home. I’m enjoying this product.Millercraze

Impossible to have a stable connection, it is offline 95% of the day, I’m returning it, a doorbell camera that doesn’t work is useless.Maxymilano
Buyer beware
The doorbell worked great. The camera and app kind of chooses when it wants to work so it’s not very dependable. Planning on switching to a ring doorbell soon.upstreat
Maybe they are turning around?
I don’t quite understand the negativity about this app and product. I purchased an open box unit from Home Depot despite all the poor reviews due to the aggressive discount. Installation of the unit was pretty straight forward, but I couldn’t activate the doorbell because it was previously activate to an account and there is no way to factory reset it without being the owner who activated it. So the company approved an RMA and asked me to send them my unit (which they provided a free UPS shipping label for me to do) and sent me out a replacement unit as soon as they were notified that I had shipped my old one.
A few days later my replacement unit arrived. I followed the activation instructions and it has worked for me without issues since. I get notified when there is activity sensed at my front door. I am able to hear and speak with people at the front door. So I’m quite pleased with both the product and customer service.
The negatives:
I can’t seem to add additional viewers so my wife can use the app on her phone, but I will call customer service today to see if they can help with that. I also would like to see them allow speaking with and hearing people at the doorbell without having to switch between speaking and hearing mode in the app. Finally, I would like to be able to access the recordings on the internet via browser. I will ask support if there is a way to do that.offroad99

Set up and working out of the box in 5 minutes.
Not sure what the other users were having trouble with but I got it on sale at Home Depot and so far it is a win for me.
