  • Garbage

    This product is worthless and anyone who disagrees or gives this a good rating, is probably working for the company. I had this doorbell for three days and followed everything correctly and it never connected. I’ve called the troubleshooting department and the guy is a joke. He walked me through everything and the first day he hung up on me, because it was close to closing time. The second day he was “calling” the engineering department but the engineer was in a meeting. Third day called and the “engineer” put in a request to the programmer because this was an isolated issue. I told him that I’ll just return it back to Lowes and his reply, okay. Never once did he try to keep me as a customer. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE. Spend the extra and get the Ring or Nest.
  • App is awful and defeats the purpose

    This app is terrible. The product is actually great when it works (the picture quality, features, etc.). But you need the app to run the product, and the app is glitchy and freezes up held the time. Someone actually just rang the bell but the app froze up so I could not even get a live picture. If they fix the app, the product would be excellent.
  • Is this to replace Notifi app?

    Is this app supposed to replace Notifi for my doorbell? I emailed Heath Zenith tech support over a week ago and haven’t heard back. Very poor support
  • Strange setup

    Please note there are two apps for this device. If you download the old one it will not install and you will not get conformation email. Not sure why they don’t delete the non working app. Once installed it worked as expected for a low dollar device. The camera is good night and day. The motion detection sends me notifications within 1 second someone steps on my deck. The two way talk works but is not very loud. Overall you get what you pay for. Thumbs up here.

    Here’s one other problem I should note. I’ve tried to sign up for the premium service but have not been able to. Its bad when you wave money at a company and they don’t seem to want it...?
  • Bad product

    It gets 1 star because you can’t choose less! Just installed and the app will not let me name the System, so I cannot finish setup.
    It’s going back to HD and will go with the Higher priced units on the market, I guess it’s tru you get what you pay for

  • Beyond horrible

    App doesn’t work. I bought an expensive door bell button! Wish I would have chosen a different brand! Please fix it and change my review!

    Its a waste of money,, the software dont even work, i was never able to get help at their costumer service. My advice dont waste your money

    The original app was horrible but the new version works a lot better and faster.
  • Don’t waste time or money.

    This is a good product with a horrible app! Defeats the purpose. You need the app to use the product. It seems like it was designed by a 5 year old, or it was made back in the 80’s, or both! Very disappointing. Returning today and getting a Ring doorbell to replace this crap. (I had Ring at my previous house and thought this would be almost the same) I don’t know how Lowe’s could even sell this. I guess that’s why there are so many of these listed on eBay. I personally wouldn’t even give this away for free. Seriously guys.. do not buy this garbage.

    I have been waiting to get a verification email which I taking entities long I can’t even get in the dam application!!! Very frustrating I probably should of got ring instead of trying to save money buying this crap complete rip off
