Pdf editor is what your looking for , I searched for a hour or so on the AppStore for app that would allow me to take a scanned and edited of paper that was converted to a pdf on a phone , this is exactly what I wanted.

Easy and practical

This app made me satisfied. 😊 . It is very practical, I found it let you insert pdfs easily from your emails to the app. It let me make an archive from my important files by easily adding it to iCloud. Sharing PDF is easy and very practical even works well after editing it. I tried to add some shapes to the pdf and save and share and result was same as expected. According to my experience working with this app, its all good
