Hard to find location…and no refund options
I parked at Chur SBB for a train to zurich and could not easily find the SBB location in the app. Also, my inadvertently selected a ticked for 12sfr when I needed 4 days…he clicked and the transaction for 12 went through but I could not refund the erroneous transaction.

Easy once set up
Difficult to register with numerous “system errors” and messages to “contact support” but once set up, it was so easy to use
