小修改，新增了设备型号选择。
我的硬件设备中装一张SIM卡，可以用来接收短信，并识别收到的短信内容，如果信息是设备规定的字串，就可以来控制继电器的执行相应的开或者关动作。
手机和硬件是不需要进行配对的，只需要将硬件中的SIM卡号码添加进APP就可以向设备发送短信了。
因为这些特殊的短信指令经常会被忘记或者编写格式不正确，所以建此APP，来构建这些用于命令的字符串。更多详细内容请参阅附件的WORD文件，
