  • Great UX/UI

This app is fast and reliable. So great to go passwordless.
  • At last!

At last - an app that makes it easy for me to login without having to use a password (and without simply replaying a password, so it’s safer, not only more convenient). I use it everyday, multiple times per day. Highly recommended!! KES in NYC
  • JonC

I use the app everyday me it works perfectly. Biometric authentication is so convenient!
  • When it works , it is ok , BUT

So , first of all , they insist on waisting your time by displaying their logo for several seconds at the start up , it has no value to me as a user whatsoever, it as I said , only waists my time.
More serious issue is that if there is some kind of network issue , it hangs without anyway to interrupt it , even if you kill the app , after customary starring at the logo it again goes to some kind of internal loop
Their code must look something like

While ( user not annoyed )
    Show company logo

    While ( not hanging )
    Hang some more
    Show less
  • Works for me

I guess this depends on your organization’s resources. It works like a champ for me. At first I thought it didn’t work. I thought it bricked my iPhone. After rebooting it, it works great! Sorry for that other reviewer’s experience.
  • Where do I start?

You need to hire better engineers. I have to restart my phone, delete the app, and quit several times before this thing works. Almost every time I try to authenticate it gives me a new error. This is no way to live. It’s a miracle you have ANY clients.
  • Dated

The graphics look dated which indicates that they didn’t put much thought and care into designing this app. If they lacked there, then who knows where else they lacked... maybe security? Also, there’s a typo in the enrollment error message. Enrollment is spelled with two Ls...
  • No bueno

    Very glitchy.
Spent way too much time trying to get this to work.
