I just got the same otoscope from Amazon.
Took a minute to figure out...no great instructions with this app.
You have to plug the camera into iPhone or iPad,
Then hit the QR tab on the bottom of screen....options for camera, video settings...etc.come up.
You actually can see a perfect picture of eardrum!

Does not work!!
So disappointed. The guide does not do or say how to make this work. Nor are there any helpful links. I was duped by ratings on amazon.
Doesn’t work.
Not working at all. Just constantly “searching”. No instructions as to how to operate, and the “support” website link doesn’t load. I got this app because I bought an otoscope on amazon and you have to download this to make it work. Well, obviously I just flushed $29.99 down the drain.
