Mileage Reduced After software upgrade
I was a happy customer for 5 months after buying Ather.
Recently I was called for a software upgrade and hence then i have been:
- Less mileage per full charge (i ride on eco mode)
- Vehicle abruptly stops during ride and needs a restart.
- No number available to speak to tech support team.

App freeze
Doesn’t let me upload documents, after I press to upload them, the app freezes and is completely unresponsive

Battery drain 15% everyday without even riding.
For riding bike used to be another image while loading map
On map now we are not able to identify whether bike is moving or standing
Initially 3 horizontal lines were coming with bike img that used to notify bike is in moving position
Now this needs to be fixed in in next update

The app is good and it does the job but it need more improvement in User Interface graphics and should be like today’s modern app.
Better
There were some bugs which has been fixed now.
Fraud company
This company has sold an unfinished product with unprofessional product along with an substandard application, CAUTION : Do not buy this product, this company will ask you for lot of personal data even if it’s a known issue. They are asking for device detail for even the most simple things.
Most of the things in this app do not work for more than a week,
I hate to write such reviews, but there is a limit for every thing. Bad business practices and companies with 0 responsibilities towards its customers should be called out in public
