Highly recommend, cheap, easy, fast

Great idea!

This is a fun, easy, and convenient way to get started paddle boarding. I had bought myself a paddleboard but didn’t have many friends at the time with paddle boards. So this made it very easy to go to various locations and have access to an extra paddleboard. The app works seamlessly, locations are secure, and I have had no problem with the products. Definitely check it out if interested in Paddleboarding.

Great idea but site technology was a disaster

Have no idea why but the electronic system never allowed us to unlock any of the kayaks or paddle boards. We contacted the tech helpline and they were unable to remotely restart the system. Could have been a function of the solar battery system on a cloudy day but we never did get our ride. Appreciate the concept of this program just hate the lack of it actually working.

Service is 5 stars

Would have given 5 stars for the ease of use! Super convenient. Only deducted one star because I was forced to pay for two months service when I was only visiting a PADL location for one month. A one month option would be nice.

Amazing

I was vacationing near St. Petersburg and found out about PADL. It was so good!
Access was easy, the equipment was great. I highly recommend it.

Can't find direct contact to cancel the membership

I joined the membership for one time use for my son in FL during the trip. Since we left FL we didn't continue the membership. I tried to cancel but i couldn't reach the direct contact for the company instead reached company dealing with billing. But they couldn't find the company and i couldn't cancel since then. I'm not using the membership since then but it keep charging me automatically every year without consent. I still get charge after 3 years. I only used membership once and cost me so much.

So convenient!

Using the kiosk was so much easier than I anticipated and how nice to not have to drag your board farther than the beach when you’re done! The boards worked great and were great quality. Would absolutely use again.

Very convenient, no more storage and caring

Love the system, they have plenty of locations, very convenient. I dint have to carry with the big inflatable ones, i dont have to do anything, just show up and after two taps on my phone i get my ready to go paddle. Very stable paddles and easy to return. Best idea.
