Water Adventures Made Easy
Loved finding this app! I rented 4 board to enjoy a girls day on the water the rental was easy and the boards were great! The returns were a little difficult for shorter people but having extra hands helped. Will definitely look for other locations to explore more areas on the water!

What a truly amazing gift this is to my community. I love just being able to go out to the water picking up my board or kayak and having not just great exercise, but having the ability to enjoy nature in the best way possible. Paddle makes it easy. Paddle makes it fun. One of the best things the city has to offer fr. Five stars forever.

App does not work
Tried to rent a PADL board in Bill Baggs state park in Key Biscayne Florida. First the app said there were only 3 available when there were 8 in the rack. Then I got kicked out of the app. Then the whole station was gone from the map. Called the phone number on the side of the station and a woman answered but was no help. Said she would get someone to call me but no one ever called back. Complete waste of time.

Best way to (not) own a paddle board!
I live in Key Biscayne (just over the Rickenbacker Bridge from downtown Miami) and having my Padl subscription is awesome. Some friends of mine bought their own paddle boards and they never use them because of the hassle of transporting the boards and equipment from their condo. Meanwhile I get to watch for beautiful weather and then just walk to the beach and hop on a board for an hour, then go right back to whatever I was doing whether it was work or family events. Also when I have friends at the beach I can unlock 2 or 3 boards and just pay like $10 and we all are instantly paddle boarding. Honestly it just doesn’t make sense to me to own a board now that I have Padl!

PADL is fun and easy to use! Great for the whole family!
Our family loves using PADL! We rent frequently from Virginia Key Beach. So fun, easy to use and well priced! Highly recommend for locals and tourists!

I had my first PADL session today and I loved the experience! I did a sunrise session at Key Biscayne and the process was mostly seamless. Returning the boards was slightly tricky but I called their customer service number for help and got immediate assistance! Will definitely be doing more sessions in the future :-)

Traveler’s delight
A surprisingly easy system - wonderful for someone like me who was in town for just a weekend, but wanted to get in an adventure! Excellent price to rent a SUP for an hour. I paddled out onto a public island in the bay. Lovely experience!
App request: I highly recommend that the developer considers adding Apple Pay as an option. It doesn’t feel safe requiring credit card info to be saved app. I personally know a few people who would opt out of the entire experience because of that lack of third party security, perhaps who would even accept a fee if that’s what Apple charges.

So convenient and easy to use
Looks great, easy to use, and a lot of super helpful information available - this makes paddle boarding so much more convenient especially in Miami Beach
