Use to love the game now causing more frustration than anything. There is nothing to random chance. Found out you can back out on pick bones before it pays out go back in and pick again, and pick completely different choices and the same jack pots will come up in the exact same order as the last ones you picked. No matter what you pick it’s all pre determined by the app and its developers. Game is to the point now where it’s completely impossible to complete the quest without buying coins due to the high amount it requires to bet and win with the small payouts I can get. Legitimately loose all to the point the game has to give me free coins to spin the lowest bet possible every day. Have spent hundreds on this game just for it to take everything every time. Idk how they have it set up but I kno while I completely loose everything any time I get coins my girlfriend plays the game also at the same time I do and she can win trillions off of nothing… like I said I use to love the game, honestly still do but it definitely isn’t fair, and I feel like it does target people that will spend more money on the game rather than people that doesn’t.Show lessbo2x1989

Stay away from this game they are the worst money grabbing slime that I’ve ever seen I’ve played this game for three years now and it’s gotten so bad that I can’t even explain it but I will try
1 I purchased a golden game pass for one of their games never got it but they took my money argued with them but they keep saying that I should have it never got it there costumer service is the worst bunch of idiots I have ever seen
2 when they want to shut you down they will and you will not get a win what so ever you won’t even be able to buy a win
3 after dealing with there customer service I ask them why are other players getting such big wins and I can’t get more than a few trillion coins in a win the answer from them was some players just win more and others win less you can bet the same amount there getting quadrillion coins in their wins betting the same amount as you but you only get a few trillion coins so tell me it’s not rigged I’m just so frustrated with them that after 3 years playing this game I’m going to delete it everyone just heads up they will steal your money and they don’t care about the customer not one bitShow lessmufster1218

Extremely pay to play. Spent a bit of cash on this game and win rate significantly dropped. I'll easily drop $50 worth of coin just to get one bonus and not even make a fraction of what I paid back. At the beginning the game lets you win to some extents but keeps you around the same balance. If you try to over bet and make more money than the game wants you to in the tutorial stages it's won't let you hit bonuses and completely makes you go broke. At the start of the game you have to really spend your coins wisely just to progress or you're trapped playing the same games. Honestly there are so many other casino games with way higher win rates that aren't money hungry games. Way too many ad pop up during the game play. When you login you're bombarded with even more ads. I recommend if you spend money on this game to take it to a real casino your odds are better. Not only have I spent money on this game but spent money and never received the items I bought. I reached out to their support and they were absolutely no help and took 3-4 days to respond. I’ve played this app for a few years now. I play it almost everyday and have for that time. After awhile, you catch on that the mini games, side games, extra features that are meant to give you extra items is completely rigged and it’s meant to get you to pay for stuff which is dumb. This shouldn’t be legal for apps. I know this app isn’t the only one. For example, there are mini games with the same prize pools. The mini game refreshes everyday or maybe every week. You get a free play on the game and then everything after costs gems (which cost money). You get the same prize every time on the free choice. Even though it’s meant to seem like it’s all by random chance, it’s literally the same prize every time. The prize pool has some pretty great prizes, but it gives you the basic poorest prize in the pool on the free chance. The whole game is based on stuff like that. You get 1 free chance on things and it gives you the basic low prize every time. The Devs know if they actually made it random chance, they would lose money. I would give this game 5 stars but after experiencing a bug during gameplay and the lack of response, I can’t.
I had played this game for a while. Hitting big from time to time, even throwing a few bucks in occasionally. Pay outs are pretty fair even up to the level I was on (1234).
I had accumulated 6+ trillion credits through payouts and credit purchases. Then one day I start playing and every time I hit spin, a pop up appears. To make matters worse my amassed credits had shrunk by 2/3 of my total with no reason. I sent a messages to the support and was initially pleased that I got a quick response. But that’s where it ended. It was obviously a bot response as I have since been ghosted. No explanation for the malfunction, no explanation for the loss of credits, and nothing but crickets in response to being reimbursed for what was obviously a glitch. Even though I spent some of my own dollars, no indication that anyone will resolve this issue.Show lessGEB1207
Fix a bug?
Sometimes playing the new game on this app has many bugs. I’ve landed on the ground on the highest bid for sluts more than three times already and my grand has never registered. I’ve already put close to $60 into this game already end the game has basically screwed me and not giving me any type of rewards. It keeps giving me the bonuses and things of that nature, but my grand always seems to be slipping away every time it lands, can you make sure that you guys fix your game before you guys start taking peoples money and not be rewarding them with any type of virtual winnings. What I’m saying is try to fix those bugs. That way people like me and other people who spend money in your game have the same quality experience. I’ve had this issue since I downloaded your game a few weeks ago and he keeps doing the same thing. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a great game. This was my absolute favorite game to play. The winnings kept me in the game long enough to rebuild my coins and once in a while I’d purchase a few coins. And the graphs kept me entertained . Now omg. Total turn around. You can loose trillions of coins in literally less than 5 minutes. I’ve counted up to 47 spins without a winning hit and if you actually manage to hit its not even 5% of your bet. Coin packages that would cost $19 are boosted to the price of a crazy amount like $69 which is insane. Bonus spins that have options to hit at least 40% has since the reset of this game NEVER hit more than 3%.
New games that you have the option to pay to play early use to give you some winnings to show the features and how the pay table works, now those games just eats up the coins you paid for to play early and your coins you already had without a single win.
You guys may not have ads but your definitely have turned into a money hungry scam that took the fun out of playing games while on ones down time. So sad. I turned my entire social media group on to your game because of the fun and graphics. That was 637 new players. Too bad we’re all experiencing the same thing and all leaving.
