This app is supposed to be helping the drivers of DSP’s understand what they are doing wrong on the road and keeping track of their number of routes they have done. As a manager of a DSP we take this very seriously and when I have drivers out their running routes and their data isn’t being uploaded it is not fair. Plus I have drivers being hit with things on this app when they shouldn’t be. I have wrote in multiple times to get this fixed and their has been no change. Now my own account is saying that I haven’t taken a trip since January 22 and I know that’s a lie because whenever I am at work I am out on the road helping my team. Please fix this problem! If I could give it no stars I would.
