Spam calls
They repeated call the customers to provide app feedback despite politely requesting to stop calling. If I have an issue I will call to resolve it, no need to forcefully get ratings, it is frustrating to say the least

This app is a mess
Totally unstable app. Crashes, slow loading & Face ID recognition issues make me give only 01 star to this piece of crap. Several times I have to use website to complete my online transactions. The Bank itself is good but they have to choose different software company to make this app more productive and smart.
