Worst Banking App
Most of times logins fail , zero % user friendly app , just irritating , my biggest mistake to open acc in this bank, for most of things need to visit branch , in today’s technology world we can do a lot things by app only , these guys are in living in 1900s
Decent App but cannot log into account
The app UI is decent and fulfills most of day to day needs. Log in does some have issues at times, but since the last update I am unable to log in to my account. Browser access with same credentials works just fine.

Dear Developer others banks giving 1 million transfer limit, one touch or Face ID log in and payment same way of login. OPT too long takes to login procedure
Terrible app that makes me want to throw my phone at the wall
I’ve used many banking apps and I swear this is the worst. It was like you hired a 10 year old to design and maintain it.
There is ZERO user friendliness on the app. With the hundred million verifications to the unintuitive set up of having to set up a beneficiary prior to making a payment to the random security token errors that pop up WHENEVER you try to do ANYTHING.
As I said before this app makes me want to throw my phone at the wall. I struggled to make a bank payment for 45 minutes and couldn’t. When I switched over to Meezan the same transaction took me 2 minutes.
If you don’t want to be behind the race for gods sake spend some time and investment in improving your web services

Add option for Face ID
To Developers: App has many issues but it’s not that bad. You have already implemented Touch ID, I don’t see any reason why you’re not implementing Face ID.

Its a really useful app from Habib Metro Bank but the the otp autofill isnt there and that is really necessory.
