Frustrating Experience with Share Device Feature
I joined as a home member excited to use OS Comfort, but the Share Device feature has been a letdown. Despite scanning the QR code as instructed, it endlessly says “awaiting authorization from the home owner,” and there’s no confirmation prompt on the home owner’s app. It’s frustrating and renders the app useless for us.Show lessthirzasap

I have the 12000 BTU/h Olympia Splendid and this app is very helpful and the performance is amazing, dropped room temp from 28.5c to 22c within 30 minutes, after couple hours it maintained at 19c. Pretty impressive.Reece Willson

I brought the Olimpia splendid 02147 , only because I could control it from when am away from home. Expecting this app to work and to be able to control the air con. The app constantly keeps signing me out and am having to constantly sign in.
