I Don’t Speak Italian !
Absolutely ridiculous. No customer support at all and an app that hasn’t been updated for more than 4 years.
The app can’t find my unit to set it up. Until this year it was working fine using Wifi. It started with a Wifi issue. I called the support centre and got an automated message in Italian then the line hung up. So I emailed and got a response telling me to reset the unit. When I opened the app my unit wasn’t there anymore and the “Select a unit to configure” message just sits there with no unit detected. Now I get no response via email. Got a very expensive unit that can’t be used with an app that was last updated 4 years ago ! No customer service at all.
