Great idea but doesn’t work
The device itself vibrates, but don’t expect any of the tech features to work.
Can’t add a friends (the messages will simply never arrive) so can’t give control of the device to a partner, any patterns you download disappear the next time you log in and there is no way to get help when you encounter an issue.

Toy feels great if it works but app is terrible
Disconnects continually. If you give control most of the time it doesn’t even register. Cannot message while using the toy or you get disconnected. Overall disappointing purchase for the purpose of using this toy remotely.

I am having the same issue with the app crashing. When you go to the website there is no “support” or “help” on the page. It’s a Lush knock off and I did not know that because I bought it on amazon. You better off spending the extra $20 on Lovense Lush products and just wait the time for it to arrive. This is extremely disappointing.

The apps crashes and doesn't deliver what they are advertising. Needs to be fixed
Always crashes.
As soon as I go to connect the unit, it crashes. Over and over. Come on. This many People are Having the exact same issue and there’s STILL no fix?! Come on now.
