Horrible app and connection.
My app won’t even stay open anymore! This needs a serious update. I would do zero stars if I could. I had bad connection problems to begin with then when I went out the other night I wasn’t even able to connect because the app wouldn’t even stay open anymore.

The fun part... if you own the toy it has this really cool screen for generating patterns and loops.

Account number?
It’s asking for an account number. I just randomly entered numbers and a password and it let me in but the app shuts down every time i try to connect to my device....
Crashes
App crashes every time and can not be used. I need my money back!!
Lost password
There is no password recovery if you make a profile and lose the password you will never get it back
