I find it hard to read the data on the Live Data screen as it is presented in blue. I think it should be black. Or have an option for the user to update text color, which would be a more extensive change.

Lost all stations
When the app is working it’s great - but 2 weeks ago it stoped working and I can’t view any of my stations…. They work through other apps, but I tried on other phones to no avail
Stopped working in last week
For some reason the app is now showing no measurements from the weather station. Stopped about a week again. I have tried re linking the device, no change and also deleting and reloading the app, no change.
What is happening? Has been working fine for the last 18 months!!

Terrible functionality.
Configuring a new device is impossible. The app is very clunky and will not connect to wifi or the base station. I am now opting to run my weather station offline and not bothering with this app. Fix it!!!!!!
Useless. App doesn’t keep sensor assignments
I have 4 garden soil moisture sensors and the app seems to randomly shuffle the names of the sensors which means that when I check the moisture content on the app, I frequently water the wrong plant. It means it’s less than useful.
You basically still need to just stick your finger in the soil to determine if it’s wet.

I tried multiple time with this app to connect my GW-1000 and failed…the WS View Plus worked the first time
Couldn’t figure out how to use with moisture sensor
This is such a poorly designed app! I wanted to use with the soil moisture sensor. Read all the manuals. Configured the gateway in the app, added the sensor. I see that the lights on the GW show that is is connected to the WiFi and that the RF is also connected but the sensor never appeared in the app. How do I see the moisture? No clue. I cannot add new sensor as device because there is no such option. I cannot go to the setting and change things there - have to start from the beginning.
This is a second moisture sensor that I buy and the software is just ridiculously bad. It doesn’t seem that any thought is put in the design and the usability of the apps. Returning all this waste and deleting the app.

Cannot get it to work
The function of this app is to sync the weather station with wifi. While being over complex ( why an app ? A keyboard attachment for the weather station console seems all that is necessary ). In principle once I follow the ridiculous number of steps and set all the settings just so the console will find my wifi. It doesn’t. The little busy icon just keeps spinning. On two separate devices.
Of course I filled in a contact them box on their help page, the only contact method I could find, got a generic email reply telling me to set the settings just so, just as I had told them i had in the message. Filled in box again ( the email they sent was a no reply) quoting their email and what I had done. No further reply.

No longer works
This app stopped working for me yesterday. It launches for a brief moment and then crashes. I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app multiple times. Please fix this app.
