New features, some compliances and bug fixes. 1. For pre-scheduled appointments, patient will receive reminders to complete the default survey prior 48 and 12 hours of an appointment. 2. For pre-scheduled appointments, patient has to complete the default survey twice called as "On Site" survey 3. If the clinics have thermal device scanners installed, then the patients will be notified on their client app as soon as the thermal sensor scans the body temperature. Now, the patient doesn't have to do anything after scanning the body temperature. 4. For pre-scheduled appointments, survey can be completed from both the appointments profile and survey listing.

The app can be used to book and manage appointments, post pictures and videos to social media, , track and submit service feedback and reviews, and earn reward points for in app activity. Features of the Kinekt Client App : 1. Finding and connect with local businesses. 2. Book and manage appointments. 3. Receive notifications from the business. 4. Rate and review service providers. 5. Earn reward points for sharing pictures and videos on social media. 6. Use points for future discounts and other offers by the businesses. App seeks following permissions: Location – to auto-detect your location while searching for businesses or service providers. SMS – to automatically verify OTPs sent by us to your mobile number. Phone – to directly make calls to professionals, businesses or business sites from the app. Photos – so that you can upload and share images from your device. Camera – to use device camera for instantly capturing & uploading pictures about user experience. Network – to determine device’s connectivity to the internet.
