    This will be your new workout best friend, one who supports you and seems to know exactly what you need when you need it! It is easy to use and many options available that fit your moods and needs. There are even pre-selected videos for the week to make it super easy. This is my favorite app. I have used this program for years now to give myself the full spectrum of workouts from cardio to toning and stretching to yoga and meditation. Not to to mention the beloved Soul Strolls. These are how I first discovered Erin years ago. She uses mantras with movement to add empowerment and mental positively. Really, it is a full package best deal that only a best friend could wish for you.
