1. Drivers are professional and polite, but often don’t know where they’re going, rely on google maps instead of route planned on Shift app, and get lost, which costs time and money.
2. Once you get familiar with a driver who knows you and where you’re going, if often use them as I do, they deliberately cancel him for another new driver that doesn’t, which costs more time and money.
3. Always quick to up charge when drivers get lost and cost you time and money.
4. Often claim you didn’t pay charge previously and lock you out until you pay again, double charging you.
5. Never credit you, even though place for it in app., when trip costs less than charged or promise to do so if you raise complaint about double charge.

The driver did not stop at the designated place for the passengers.. and he could not find the designated place to get off.. and we went around the same place 3 times and he did not know the way.. and finally I got off.. and after that he was charged an additional amount and the reason was: the trip was delayed beyond the designated time! Yes! And why are you charging me for the driver's mistake!Show lessMaryam8080
