Laggy UX

Very bad UX in the app. App is very Laggy and not responsive and sometimes cannot order a ride so I have to use Uber or Jeeny. No updates are being issued to develop and enhance/fix bugs in the app. Everything else is good.

The app keeps giving slow internet error even when my internet is working fine. I tried on 5G and wifi and app just stops working and always gives slow internet error.
