Customer Services
The app is normal, however the customer services, call Center , email & chats are the worse part of this invygo.
It required a huge upgrade to the app and what mentioned above.
Even the response with call center takes you around the circle.
If you want to succeed successfully you need to improve that.
Also the agents car rental you are associated with needs to be more professional.Show lesssamire
Never rent a car from this app
I tried to a car multiple times from this, every time the request is approved and they charged me but they never deliver the car.
I had to many hours and eventually they canceled the request after wasting my time and ruined my plans and had to pay extra money for a taxi instead of using the car.
This happened with me and a friend of mine too.
Very bad customer experience and you will wait days to get your refund back.

I have rented a car from them for a month.
First thing first, the car was in a HORRIBLE situation!!! damages and scratches everywhere, dirty floor mats and seats and last but not least super old!!
Secondly, When I returned the car, the guy told me there is an smell coming, I asked what smell I don’t feel any smell, he said I don’t know an smell. Then he said ok no problem, and asked me to sign a paper he folded, i thought it was for returning the car and I didn’t took a photo of it or anything , so I signed it, but they didn’t give me any copy of the paper.
Thirdly, after few days they charged me for a half of tank for fuel charges even though there might be like 2,3 liters less than full tank of fuel in car.
And finally they charged me for “smoke smell repair charges” !! And showed me the paper that I have signed which by the way they have added cigarettes smell to it ( the handwriting was totally unmatched with the one I signed )!! And the funny thing is I have respiratory diseases which could kill me if I ever smoke!! So how come there was cigarette smoke in the car?!!
So try to avoid them at all cost!!! Don’t be fooled by the no deposit advertising and etc
Go for other more reputable companies!
There is no phone number for customer care of this company so that is a red flag for you.Show lessMajdizn
