No regard for pregnant passenger
Their negligence in ensuring my journey was safe and comfortable as a pregnant traveler is unacceptable. Once they handed my travel over to KLM, they washed their hands of any responsibility, ignoring my situation entirely. The fact that they moved my flight to another airline without offering any follow-up care or oversight shows a complete disregard for customer well-being.
If you’re looking for an airline that values its passengers, especially those in vulnerable situations, Saudia is not it. Their lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer service is disgraceful. I won’t be flying with them again.
