No regard for pregnant passenger
I am utterly appalled by Saudia’s lack of care and support. After booking my original flights with Saudia, they changed my itinerary to KLM without consulting me, despite knowing I was pregnant. This change led to a missed connection due to a delay, leaving me stranded overnight in a foreign country. Saudia did absolutely nothing to assist me when I reached out for help.
Their negligence in ensuring my journey was safe and comfortable as a pregnant traveler is unacceptable. Once they handed my travel over to KLM, they washed their hands of any responsibility, ignoring my situation entirely. The fact that they moved my flight to another airline without offering any follow-up care or oversight shows a complete disregard for customer well-being.
If you’re looking for an airline that values its passengers, especially those in vulnerable situations, Saudia is not it. Their lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer service is disgraceful. I won’t be flying with them again.

Terrible customer service
Took use 1 hour to check our bags in and almost missed our flight.
Exceptional Airline
I’ve been using Saudi since 1995 when working in the Kingdom and going home and back 4 times per year. I’ve always enjoys travelling with this airline and it’s never let me down.
Frustrating Experience with an Unresponsive App
The app is extremely slow and often unresponsive. Most of the time, it’s impossible to use Miles for booking, and when you’re outside Saudi Arabia, it doesn’t work at all in many cases. Trying to make a booking can take up to half an hour, which is incredibly frustrating. The only reason I continue to use this app is because of the AlFursan Miles I have saved in my account. However, considering these issues, I won’t use the app anymore, even though I enjoy flying with Saudia. The app’s performance is simply terrible.

Little clunky
On the site sometimes when I enter a date, it shows me a search for a day that is one day different. On the app that works pretty well. The app is still a little clunky though because there are instances where you input information and then you have to make a swipe before you’re able to hit OK or submit. So it takes a little thinking to figure out how to get to where you want to go.

Travelling to Dubai with Saudia
Was so happy I could check in with the Saudia airline app was so easy to use highly recommend for everyone to use if you’re travelling with the 5 star airline
Slow with glitches
While the user interface has changed, it still access the same system, which is very slow. Also, on the day of the flight, I am unable to access my boarding pass through the app and I only have the “Manage” my booking option. Sorry but you take one step forward and two steps back with every update.

Not very practical
I can’t change my flight from the app nor from the website, function doesn’t work; we have to make paid calls to speak to an agent to change the date. The check in function on the app keeps showing “error 1016”
Simple and intuitive
I travel often and I must admit Saudi Airlines was not an option I had ever considered. I was not expecting this level of great functionally on the app - nicely done, and the whole flight experience was a pleasure. Not often the entire experience from booking to arrival is consistently great! Keep it up, I look forward to my next trip.

Business class upgrade
I have tried to upgrade for business class and the whole process has been extremely frustrating and slow. There has been no update regarding my bidding or business class booking. Kindly upgrade your booking process and make it quick.
