Flew from LHR to JED was my first experience on Saudi Airways was wonderful service and quality as expected and bonus onboard wifi top of range very fast and I was talking to my family,children all the way for little changes good food and comfortable travel will recommend anyone in future diffinetly will fly again with my family because I know it will be great experience thanks

The website is not intuitive.
The website is not intuitive at all. When you try and check-in online you have to enter the usual details. However to enter your date of birth, you have to click through every month of the years to get to your DOB. Additionally when you check in you cannot choose your own seat. The system chooses a seat for you and you cannot change it.

Very user friendly
Slightly apprehensive about my initial use of this app due to my first time travelling to the KSA.
However, the app itself guides you through the steps. It’s very easy to navigate, and the confirmation is super quick too. Easy 5 star rating 👍

Generally works for basic stuff
Tried to add a family member to the family program. Didn’t work on the iPhone, didn’t work on iPad, didn’t work on Mac, and didn’t work on PC. And phone customer service doesn’t exist any more.
Tried to buy a ticket on iPad the other day and chose Apple Pay and didn’t work. Had to repeat the reservation on iPhone for Apple Pay to work.
But the app works well otherwise.

Complain
I was doing my check in for my flight and the process was very complicated super slow.
On top of that I was not offered a seat selection and my boarding pass was generated, I now do not have the seat I would have selected otherwise.
I have not even started my journey yet and very disappointed with the service.
The entire website and check in experience gives a very budget airline experience leaving an extremely negative impression of the Saudi flag carrier.
Kindly look into this in time for my flight and help make my flying experience with you a bit better.

Poor application
Very poor application and non loading services.
Smooth check in via Saudia App!
Saudia app very easy to navigate and user friendly, seamless and great all around! If the flight is as smooth, I will be a frequent customer!
Easy to check online
Easy to check online but the only thing that needs to look at the system is date format because of which it’s taking bit longer as you have to manually change the dates.
