Poor application
Very bad interface and very poor online service I have tried to select a seat but it not accepting payment nothing is happening you need to learn from Etihad , emirates or Qatar they have best.
Don’t book this airline
This was my first time purchasing a flight with Saudia Airlines, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Due to health reasons, I am unable to undertake the flight. My doctor has scheduled surgery for me at the end of July. Consequently, I reached out to your airline through my booking agent to request a refund for my ticket. Despite providing all necessary documentation and explaining my circumstances, I have encountered numerous obstacles and have been met with refusal from Saudia Airlines. This treatment is unacceptable and lacks empathy towards customers facing genuine and unforeseen circumstances.!

Decent but some issues
The app is somewhat decent but here are my main issues:
1. Flights are not organized by date. I have flights showing 2 months ahead before my flights happening next week
2. If you try and change your seat, there is no way to cancel the seat selection snd therefore you have no access to your boarding pass until you pay. I was curious about the price for seats and suddenly I found myself paying because the app has no workflow for cancelling seat selection.
3. Once the check-in window is closed, accessing your boarding pass from the app is extremely unintuitive. It should be available through the same workflow (just clicking View Check-In/Manage Booking)

Horizontal Mode
You can use the app on the iPad only in vertical view which is annoying , they should have a horizontal view
Bad and slow
Always buggy and extremely bad user experience. I am logged into my alfursan and it always asks me to re-enter my information and never saves it, including my Alfursan number. What is the point to logging in?
It’s also really slow and often has issues. Just tried to book a flight now and it is giving me an error. This is a really bad representation for the country’s major airline to have such a bad application. It’s not that hard to make a good app.

Worst online services
The worest app & website I have ever used online not organised links are scattered photos every where during during booking and payment app is the worst slow system and I have to repeat the steps several time until one thing in processed .. customer service responds online or on twitter is extremely long and bad

Nothing works
Been trying to modify my tickets for 3 days and it doesn’t work. Customer service contact never connects. If i do get connected, i get transferred between departments and then hung up. OTP doesn’t work. Upgrade doesn’t work. Check in doesn’t work. It’s basically a dummy waste app.
Worst travel app ever. But flight was okay (Barely)
The slowest app I have ever used while flying. The flight itself was okay. You barely get any room on economy so if you’re over 5ft 10 you will suffer with the leg room. Staff were really nice but the food on the plane was HORRENDOUS, you’re better off taking your own snacks and food onto the plane

Then, they declined or canceled my baggage, and I still haven't received a refund for it. Booking with Saudi Airlines was a truly terrible experience.
They changed the flight date after I had already booked, resulting in the loss of 4-5 days of my holiday. Despite our requests, they didn't reschedule our flight or offer any solutions. Additionally, I lost money on baggage fees. When we contacted their customer care, they were unhelpful and provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They would often place the phone on hold without explanation, and when they did speak, they were unresponsive and failed to address our concerns.
