Still buggy
Cant book with fursan miles yet from app always buggy and not finishing the process from website apple pay is not available you have to share cc information. To proceed with payments totally annoying
Add apple pay every where if it’s available in app should be available from website

I really like Saudia’s UI Design
Decent
Decent new app however there are a lot of bugs! It’s very inconvenient to use the app. It’s very laggy, slow and has a lot of bugs. If comparing the performance of other airline apps like Emirates and Qatar Airways, Saudia needs to do better. Hope they can fix the bugs

Please don’t book with this airline. We booked our tickets from Jeddah to Riyadh we paid and at the check in counter they said sorry the flight is overbooked, they move us to the next flight after waiting long time the flight delayed. After landing they took us by bus to the airport. Long wait and still didn’t get our luggage I’m writing the review during the waiting to get the luggage. Still waiting…….

Extremely slow!
Booking services are great only missing the upgrade with miles option.
However, after booking a trip the app becomes extremely slow especially when clicking the “View Trip” button. A multi-city trip takes even more time to load if you’re patient enough to wait. Trying to change anything on the booked trip or select a seat is very frustrating to do on the app!

10x better than Flynas app
Excellent app. They clearly spent money contracting it out, unlike the broken Flynas app.
Nice app but laggy
The app is very cool and you can virtually get everything done with it. Its only problem is that it lags a lot and its response is very choppy.

In general well-made, and does the job without much clutter, which is important
App doesn’t accept the verification code.
Trying to login into the app. Whenever I receive the one time verification code and enter it. The app says the code is incorrect. I wait until I can resend a new code and same thing happens.
